Dryness System of Leader Food Dryer

A Leader Food Dryer is the shelf type hot wind dryer which can dry the broad Food including shiitake mushroom.

Essence
  • Dryer mainly consists of the dryness box (: compartment ) for drying Foods and the equipment that generates hot wind with combustion furnace and fan.Oil burner is attached to combustion
  • Shelves are in the inside of the box, and the trays for dryness are arranged in it.
  • A hot wind is sent into a bottom of the box from the equipment . and it goes through the trays from a bottom toward a ceiling.
  • Then, the Food on a tray is dried.
Dryness Process Operations
in case of Shiitake Mushroom ( one of examples)

Starting Period: 7 hours
  • temperature inside of the dryness box: 40C - 45C
  • intake-exhaust system:  open condition
  • rotation of fan: maximum speed
middle period: 7 hours
  • temperature inside of the dryness box: 45C - 55C
  • intake-exhaust system:  half circulating condition
  • rotation of fan: 95% of maximum speed
terminal period: 7 hours
  • temperature inside of the dryness box: 55C - 60C
  • intake-exhaust system:  circulating condition
  • rotation of fan: 90 percent of maximum speed
